In most programs, learners rely on Voxy emails for important functions like first time account activation, password reset, and class reminders. For full functionality, it's important to ensure that learners from your organization can both receive Voxy emails and click links containing authentication tokens.
For best results, we recommend whitelisting or allowing Voxy emails using all of the methods below that apply:
Method 1: Whitelist 'From email'
Voxy emails come from support@voxy.com. Please whitelist this email or add to your list of safe senders.
Method 2: Whitelist Domain
Some emails may come from other addresses. Please allow all emails from the voxy.com domain.
Method 3: Whitelist IPs
If your company maintains a corporate whitelist of IP addresses on your email server, add the following IPs to the list:
199.15.212.0/22
192.28.144.0/20
192.28.160.0/19
185.28.196.0/22
130.248.172.0/24
130.248.173.0/24
103.237.104.0/22
35.80.24.192/26
94.236.119.0/26
Method 4: Set up Return-Path field
If your company uses Return-Path field instead of IP address for whitelisting, please add the following domain:
