In the Manage Learners report there are two fields that your organization may use to calculate whether a learner has been active in a particular period of time. This is how the data in those fields is defined:
Last Login: This field shows the last time a learner authenticated into the platform. This can be authentication with a Voxy password or through another method like SAML, OIDC, Partner API Auth Tokens, or LTI.
The standard session length is 30 days, so a learner may be very active on Voxy but still show a last login date up to 30 days in the past.
Last Active: This field shows the last day a learner used the learning features on Voxy that are recorded in their Study Time. This includes doing lessons, attending group or private classes or taking the VPA®. Find more details on how study time is calculated.
Note that in some cases, the last login can be more recent than last active, this means that the learner logged in, but didn't use any learning features that record time on task.
