If you have the right access to the VCC, you may be able to update large groups of learners. Some of these updates reflect changes in the learner's face-to-face program and some simply reflect license (e.g. moving learners to a Deactivated group or modifying expiration date).

Currently, you can modify these user attributes via CSV (comma-separated values) upload:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Feature Group
- Level Number
- Date of Next VPA Assessment
- Expiration Date
- External ID
In order to edit multiple learners:
- Log in to the Command Center
- Click Learners to navigate to the Manage Learners page
- Click the Edit Multiple Learners button
- Download the template (if you don't have it ready)
- Enter the required information for each learner (email) in the template AND those fields you wish to update.
- Click Submit to upload your template. Make sure it’s in .csv format.
- Resolve any error messages and upload your file.
- Look for a confirmation email within 30 minutes confirming successful updates for the existing users.
NOTES:
- New users will appear in the Manage Learners report within 2–3 hours.
- Keep in mind that most of the time, the Command Center will accept the file without any issues. However, once you receive an email, make sure that there are no failures. The email may not show you the full list of learners who had issues during the process.
