There are some settings that can be enabled in a group level, overriding the settings chosen for the entire organization. This can come in handy if your program has varied groups of learners with different accesses and goals. Here they are:

Learn more about them here. Additionally, it is possible to set the time period between VPAs®. The default setting is set for 90 days between those, but shorter or longer periods can be set. Similarly, groups can be set as standalone assessment groups too.
We also have the option to enable blocking the platform as soon as a VPA is available until the VPA is completed. We can also give the learners a few more days until we block the platform by adding some tolerance days.

You can choose whether you would like group or private classes will be on or off for the group. A very common example is when a group has access only to the group ones, whereas another has access to both.
Note: Since the group will be created by the Partner Support Team, it is important to specify if you want these group settings when you ask us to create feature groups.
