Voxy's live instruction program runs on Zoom's video conferencing platform. If your company uses a firewall, you may need to whitelist Zoom's IP ranges to ensure that learners can join their classes.
Be sure to work with your Network Administrator to open the following additional ports against Zoom's entire IP range:
